Customizations
Removed bench seating & table: installed fold down table & light weight chairs more room. Removed damaged countertops & replaced all with new Formica countertops.
Renovations and Repairs
Leak in upper left corner of front. (Kitchen) Repaired exterior leak. Inside, removed wallboard & insulation. Replaced with new insulation & luan. New double sink installed. Kitchen/living area primed & painted. Weak areas at front door were repaired and new floating Allure Khaki Oak flooring installed in all but bedroom. Overhead lights replaced with new led lights.
