User name change
My wife originally signed up for the forum, but never really used it as much as I do, now she's never on it and it's kinda creepy to be called by her name. If a name change is possible i'd like wildwest450, anything is better than being called dawniewest

I never saw it feminine
Dawn-West
Thought it was a campers view at sunrise. I kinda like it.
I'm a hopeless romantic?
Don't ruin it for me. Lol

Baha, you can still call me whatever suits your fancy.
It's her for real name minus the ie. You have to have that northern nasal twang to pronounce it correctly, everybody down here calls her Don.

I'm with snakebitten, don't think its feminine. But understand where you are coming from. Hopefully someone can help.

I believe it takes an Admin to make the change... above my paygrade, so I pushed it upstairs.

, that's my "standard' forum handle, the wildwest is obviously a play on my name and the 450 is because there's 42 million other ww's on the internet. Stands for my good ole Yamaha YZ450f that almost killed me. Better suits my daft personality.

I thought Dawnie was a guy. Glad they made it right and anything with YZ in it's name will definitely try to kill you. After riding street bikes all my life the first time I got on a dirtbike I darn near killed myself right there in the parking lot.

Yamihammers are my fave! Got 2 currently. (waiting for the mysterious T7 to arrive)
But on this country swing I brought the Austrian Mistress. A 500EXC. I jump on it and explore the surrounding trails wherever I am. Keeps me on my toes. And gets me some views that my truck would get destroyed trying.

That's how to RV right there. Those days are over for me, got diagnosed with a heart rhythm problem and put on a blood thinner. Doc says no more bikes

You are assuming I have permission?
There are many who object to me tossing my senior bones over the saddle. But while I still can, they'll have to shoot me!
Admittedly, I'm not the rider of my yesteryears. But in my imagination I still can conquer the climb. If I'm wrong, then I'll just not return to camp someday. Up here, I'll just become bear scat, I suppose. Lol

If there was an antidote for what I take I'd be trippin' on two wheels again myself. Don't worry, bears don't care for Shiner Bock and jalepenos Believe it or not they do like sugar-free Powerade. We found that out in June.

Another excellent excuse for chowing on more Mexican cuisine. Thanks!
This forum has all the best advice.
Seriously, if EVER running near Mancos Colorado (½ between Cortez & Durango) do NOT pass up Chavolos Mexican restaurant.
I was raised on the stuff, and there's is as good as I've ever had. (chef is from Mexico. So now it makes sense to me)
The kids are posting on Facebook "Dad, enough is enough. Come home"
I use the weather as my cover. But I'm gonna miss Chovolos.
