Photobucket Pictures Available Again?

Just curious if anyone else noticed pictures from Photobucket are showing in threads again... or, if it's just my iPad?

I've noticed not only mine, but other' photos in 3 different threads. Maybe a change in policy, or did someone pay the ransom?

Mine are still not showing up......

I used Photosuc-t for several several how to mod threads over the years like this one

and they are all missing the photos because I did not want to pay the ransom they wanted to charge to keep my photos visible..

Mine seem to be back, which is strange since I removed all the pics and deleted my account.

I just re-checked a few old threads that I had started where included pictures from Photobucket where the pictures were deleted by PB have reappeared and on others they have not. I can't figure out what PB is doing.
