Electric hitch

Brand new 2022 travel trailer. Second time taking it out. Electric hitch will only go down. Will not go up. Had to use manual crank to take it up.
Has power as it goes down by pressing button and light turns on. Plugged into truck for power.

It’s a double throw center off switch, check the wires or replace the switch-my guess is the wiring.

Being new, check warrantee.
Otherwise, contact manufacturer...my Lippert switch cost me around $35 to replace. My switch was broken.

You might also look on YouTube with your manufacturer info. Lippert has a video showing how to replace switch. Easy actually.
Take top cover off. Push switch out after unplugging wires. Replace switch.
