Looking for a 2004 Aerolite Cub 23BH owners manual

I just recently purchased a camper-2004 Aerolite Cub 23BH hybrid. It didn’t come with a Manual and there are a couple of things that I’m having issues with. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. I have owned a couple of campers but am no camper guru by no means and this one is a little different than the last and a couple of things seem not to be working, like the furnace and the tank monitor/level reader thing lol. Also I’m new here and this is my first thread so hopefully I’m doing it right. Thanks guys

Hi Rusty, welcome to the forum. Being a previous owner of an RV, you know that the gauges are notoriously inaccurate. as far as the furnace is concerned, what issues are you having? does it light for a few seconds then go out? Have you tried "burping" the gas line by turning on the stove for a moment? Is there ignition going on??? anyway, let us know.

Frank

Here is a link to the owners manual. Unfortunately it is as usual, not very useful.
https://www.dutchmen.com/rv-manuals-online

For furnace instructions, please post make and model of the furnace. You can search by "make model manual". Try to find a PDF on the furnace manufactures website.

Typical furnace cycles are like this:
Thermostat on wall closes a switch to call for heat.
Fan starts.
A wind switch closes if there is enough air flow over the switch.
Fan runs for a while to purge burner chamber.
Gas valve opens with a click, and spark igniter starts sparking (click, click, ...)
Burner ignites and burns.
Flame heat is detected and keeps burner on and fan running until wall thermostat turns "off".

If no flame detected, burner shuts off, and starting sequence starts over.
Starting sequence repeats three times then locks out.
Turn thermostat "off" and "on" to restart after lock out.

At what point does your furnace fail to work?
