I just wanted to voice my displeasure with this dealers response selling your product
We purchased a new Coleman 300TQ 8/3/19 the trailer had a tear in floor in the garage which never did get repaired. We finally got to go camping this year in July and the garage walk through doors lock would not work. I tried numerous phone calls to the service department then went through our salesman who said he was contacting his supervisor about the issue. Several phone calls later with messages left still no response or phone calls back from their service department. Tired of the run around.
I work in service myself and that is no way to keep customers. Not sure this is who you want representing your product.
Welcome to the wonderful world of RVs.... where the manufacturers could give a rat's furry ass difference who sells & represents their product, so long as the dollars from new customers like you keep on rolling in.

And add to that is these dealers are so busy repairing the crap we purchase, months behind to try and get something done under warranty or otherwise, but still no excuse not to return calls............
