Unhappy Essexcredit

I have left a messages with questions for Dani at essex credit.
I left a msg. Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and finally sent a msg via a link on their site.
I keep getting routed to the California rep. with no response.
Maybe she's on vacation, however no one has told me that.
I asked One of the customer service reps that routed me to Dani, about how long loan approval is good for?
He said that it is good for 60 days.
I told him it takes Dutchmen 12-14 weeks to deliver. So, do you have to start the process all over? He did not know.
Anyone have any information?

Not sure this is much help now... I applied and was pre-approved for a loan with Essex through Good Sam. The experience was a nightmare from beginning to end. They had the best rate, and it was even for a 20 year loan. Wish it would have worked out. I recommend everyone avoid this company.

I didn't have any problem & was pre-approved also. Dealer got me a better deal through B of A so that's who I went with. Credit score over 800 and my car loan through B of A also must have helped.

Pre-approval was a breeze.... the process of jumping through hoops to get the loan was the problem. Started out with one agent, when he got too busy he passed my application off to another agent. Problem was he didn't pass everything to the new agent and I had to resend stuff. Another part of the problem was only being able to reach either agent once a day and having to get the next step of the loan process accomplished the following day. I was told I had to get multiple documents sent back and forth and would have to get some things notarized. Definitely a pain. I must admit, I am spoiled. I bank with USAA and they had my loan done with a ten minute phone call, and the check to buy my RV arrived the very next day... Today!! Only problem with them was a shorter term.

Did a quick search... they have pretty crappy reviews.

I financed through my credit union, both them and my bank had rates that were a point or so higher, but no hassle. Basically walked in, told them what I wanted to buy and how much, dealer called and we had the check the next day.
