2017 superduty

The new Superduty is aluminum body same cab as f150 different interior.fully boxed frame with more crossmembers, seen preview from Dearborn world headquarters this morning. Weight savings of 350 lbs from 2016 comparable truck. Interior is much roomier then last model, huge.

My first house was $34,000 2300 square feet. Keeping my 12 gonna try and wear it out. Hopefully it will coincide with my wearing out!!!

Whew...Texas and Ford trucks. Didn't watch the video. Does it come with the heated tail gate? LOL!!!

To each his own. Going to be interesting to see how the aluminum body trucks hold up over time.

Me, I sure like my 2011 Silverado duramax, CC, DRW and Highway Products bed. We have three four door four wheel drive pickups. 2011 Siverado, 2012 Toyota Tacoma and the good ol' 2002 Dodge Dakota. Using them, the Silverado will be five on Nov 12th and we have 56,000 miles on it. Gonna last a while, I hope!!!

Aluminum bodies should do just fine if they are designed properly. The old Landrovers had aluminum bodies and lasted for years and years. I think it was a bold move on Ford's part and should pay off in the long run. My current tow vehicle is a 2003 F-150 with 235,000 miles on it. When we make the upgrade to the larger trailer we will be looking at a tow vehicle upgrade too. Right now the two front runners are a gently used F-150 or an Expedition EL. I have also been looking at the Ford Transit van as a possibility. Me and the dog like the Expy.

I sold my F350 dually about a month ago, but it was just sitting and costing money. We drove it 2500 miles a year. The turning point was when I went to use it and the inside duals were flat because the valve stems had rotted off.
