How much adjustment to the Sway bar?

Hi guys,

I'm getting ready to my longest trip in my new Coleman TT tomorrow.

I installed the WDS and the Sway bar that's comes with it, BUT, I can't find the answer for my question anywhere, including the installations instructions.

Ok, the sway bar have an adjustment nut in the bottom which everyone's says to leave it like that from factory and try how works. Now, the On and Off lever is what confuse me, how many turns or how much I can tight (turn it to the right)??? If I have it loose (off position) and turn it one turn to the right I can't move the bar by hand anymore, but I'm guessing that is not enough adjustment considering the ton of pressure the trailer is going to put, but at the same time I'm worried to adjust it to much that can cause a break or something in the bar.

Any guidance of how to adjust it? How many turns you do in yours? Should I turn that lever all away until don't go anymore BUT without put torque on it?

Thank you very much in advance and happy camping!!!

I usually will tighten mine just to the point of getting sung but not super tight where it can not move if needed. One more thing to remember, remove the sway control when backing up, I have heard that could snap the bar. Hope this helps, safe travels.
