Hitch selection for mega cab

Just bought a 2015 3500 mega cab. Wondering if a B&W companion conventional hitch would work ok with a 2015 voltage 3970. Wondering if i may need to go with a sliding hitch but would rather not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I pull a 3990 with a 2008 mega cab and I don't have a slider.

Mega cabs are short bed trucks. 6.5 feet long

I have a 2013 mega cab with a Curt 20k hitch / slider. I've never had to use the sider ( other than messing around at home). Nice insurance in case it's ever needed though.

I had an F250 SB CC Ford and used a B&W companion hitch and loved it and had no problems. Also nice to have a clean, flat bed area when the hitch is removed! My 2015 F350 DRW came with the Factory installed frame for 5th wheel / gooseneck hitches. Ford had "another" idea.......What a pain in the A@#%$. I wish I had my B&W Companion hitch back!

ANDERSON ULTIMATE 5th WHEEL HITCH!!

BAR NONE BEST HITCH EVER!.. zero noise, vibration, chunking or clunking!.. can be paired with any gooseneck ball. Only weighs 70 lbs or aluminum version 35lbs.. love love love mine especially for my MEGA CAB RAM .. can turn 90* no problem and thanks to the design all the weight is exactly where it should be. Takes 15 min initial install and 5 minutes to remove and install after that.
