Puck lights not working in slide!

OK, can anyone shed any light (excuse the pun) where I should start to look to correct the problem of no puck lighting in the slide out? Checked the obvious, fuses, we are new to a slide and not sure where to look other than the fuses/breaker.

Re: Puck lights not working in slide!

When I first took delivery of my Infinity 3640RL, one 12-volt light under the entry stairs did not work. I first checked the bulb, then the fuse, then checked all the connections to the light fixture - all looked OK. As a last resort, I checked the switch itself (which was located in the control panel where with slide switches, hot water switch, etc are located) and found that 1 of the 2 wires to the switch was not connected. Just a thought ......

Re: Puck lights not working in slide!

Thank you kevinmiles.....I'll have hubby check that out!

Well he just tried that and unfortunately all wires to the lights were connected BUT we found that the pump wire fell off somewhere between PDI and out first outing!!!!

Re: Puck lights not working in slide!

Well, it was apparently worth the try. Only other thing I can think of is that all the wiring for electrical stuff in a slide has to move when the slide goes in and out. It is usually fastened to a scissor-like contraption under the slide so that it bends properly as the slide extends and retracts. This would be a good place to look for a possible loose or broken connection. Good luck.

Re: Puck lights not working in slide!

I called the dealer yesterday and they really had no clues for us to search!
This is our first and last trip for the season in the new Rubicon, it will go to service in the spring for all its warranty work, and the lights being one of them!
Thanks for the suggestions!
