How to remove drawer?

Suddenly today my drawer won't latch closed. Peered in behind and it looks like a bundle of wires escaped their "channel" and are keeping the drawer from closing all the way. Trouble is, I can't figure out how to take the drawer off the track!

Thanks!

Pull out the drawer like your picture indicates. A couple inches back from the front end of the track on each side is a little black plastic tab that looks like a sword blade. One side the tab is pushed up and on the other side push it down just enough to disengage the lock as you pull that side of the drawer slightly toward you.

I think I may have had it halfway there! I'll have to try it again later, thanks!

The black release should be right at the front of the second part of the slide, it almost looks like yours are broken off? Got a picture of the other side? I will get a picture of mine for you in a bit.

Got the drawer off! Can't find why it won't latch closed yet...

It's not broke, you can actually see it in the second picture. gotohatteras was spot on, you just have to give them a gentle yank once you pull up on the little black tabs on the inside of the inner slide.

Did you check the latch catch under the drawer? Our's break all the time, so I keep a few spares in the RV. To save on wear & tear, we don't latch the drawers when we are not traveling.

Nope, didn't take the time to look that close. I'll look for it the next time I'm there...thanks for the tip!
