I don't use the carpet that came with it because I didn't want to cut it up. I went to HD and bought carpet for my garage that I could cut around my tool box and the table legs.

I lined up the carpet and cut cross slits where each leg goes. When the table isn't there you can't see them. I don't seem to have any issues with the carpet coming apart. It's a little annoying getting the legs in sometimes but I didn't want permanent holes.

I have decided to do this and put some electrical box knock out seals to cover holes where the table legs to go.

I cut a hole with with a razor when I got mine about 18 months ago. No issues with it.

I ended up using furniture coasters and 1½" pvc the coasters have a double side tape in them. to remove them I use some Velcro. I also cut the carpet around holes. the photos are in Photobucket.

Same for us, X'ed the holes, stick in the legs. Pain though when you lay out the carpet, get the chairs and other things moved back in the front part of the garage, go to stick the legs in and discover you have turned the carpet end for end!

I have the voltage 3905 and I didn't want to cut the carpet too .( to nice of one ) so what we did is use it for the outside of the door at the toy hauler and got a other one for inside.
I had to also cut around my wife's washer and dryer too . That's why I went with a different one for the inside as well .

My old TH didn't have a table or carpet.

When I bought the Voltage I thought the table would be great,
but I'd leave the carpet at home because it seemed to bulky to carry.

It's just the opposite...

haven't used the table yet so we can leave the walk way to the ramp patio open, love to roll out the carpet to make the back more like the front.

I don't think I'll cut my carpet.
