Canvas comes out of track

I am not sure if this is correct terminology. I have only owned my 2000 Dutchmen pop up for about 2 weeks. There is on spot that the canvas will just not stay in the track. We fix it, pop it down and then the next time we pop it up it is out of the track again. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and happy camping!

Ok, let's see if this helps.

I have a 2000 26T classic pop up. The problem is with the pop up canvas. The problem is occurring toward the front of the camper above the shower. The canvas folds into the track and then there are some clips that screw in (I am assuming to hold the canvas in place in the track) I have fold the canvas into the track and secure the screwed in clips but the canvas continues to fall out out of the track. Does that make more sense? I am attaching a photo, hopefully this will help. Thanks so much!

I had that issue with some other things. problem is that the cord inside the fold of the canvas flattens out with time. Not much you can do but replace the cord so it will not pull out. maybe use a small wooden wedge or something in strategic locations.
