A little work ahead

Well, as you likely remember, I bought a 1991 26 ft Dutchmen classic. I suspected leakage, and covered it until I had time to check it out. Well, I assessed the situation, found that not only did the roof leak, some crud was gooped on pretty thick, creating a well to hold the water, ensuring water infiltration. It leaked around the AC unit, and at the front of the roof. I will have to rebuild the front 4 foot of the camper, and the windows had leaked, from neglect. I am going to have to repair under the windows, and one section of flooring. The front truss was rotted away, and it seems I had a truss break by the ac unit.

OMG!!! Yes, you have some work ahead of you! I hope you have a dry area to keep it and to work on it?
Best of luck to you!
