2011 but tires were just put on

This is the important code for most RV owners, the week and year of manufacture. You can easily buy "new" tires that have been sitting in a warehouse for 3 years. That may be fine for our cars and trucks, but my camper tires rot before they wear out, so I want the newest tires possible. That is a DOT mandatory stamp and should be on all tires.

I got under the 5ver today and the code was on inside 13th week 2017. Thanks for everyone help
