2009 Dutchmen Northshore XRV 330 5th Wheel

We recently purchased this unit and so far we are very pleased however I do have a couple of questions.

There are (2) pieces of slotted aluminum mounted vertically on the outside rear wall, does anyone know what they are for?

The underbelly is enclosed however it appears some of the bolts are no longer holding and can't be screwed back in , I'm assuming the holes have enlarged due to rusting. Is there anyway to repair this?

Lastly, I'd like to mount a carrier tray on the rear bumper. Does anyone know if this a good idea and how much weight it can handle?

Can you post a picture of this?

Install larger diameter screw.

Unless the manufacturer states a capacity, I'd say they don't recommend it.
