urgent, windy, air conditioning shroud blew off

urgent, air conditioning shroud just blew off in a wind gust. it is now 830 pm in texas and baby it is cold outside. can this wait until daylight?

I cant say for certain but I personally would not worry about it until morning. Hopefully my advice is right but I've never lost one before and thought that the cover was mostly aesthetic and used to keep water from the components.

I think you'll be fine as long as it doesn't rain. But seriously, cold in Texas, so thats like low 40's. Lol.

19 degrees in Dallas this morning. That is a bit chilly for us. Forecast says 70 for Sunday so it will be brief.

Our daughter lives in Leander, TX and school was cancelled today on account of sleet. Heh! They don't know what to do with cold much less a little a ice or snow down there.

Goldenyears, were you able to recover your shroud? We lost one off the roof of our horse trailer w/living quarter while driving thru similar winds just NE of Dallas. They are pretty pricey if you are in a hurry fo replace it.
