Survey,"air conditioner cooling/not cooling"

Just trying to get a feel on the workings of your air conditioning unit. I have an Infinity 3750FL and had an issue with the design and/or installation of the air conditioner in the kitchen of our unit. Many of you may have read my OP on this subject. With this survey results I hope to convince Dutchmen management of a problem with their design/installation of the kitchen air conditioner.

I have had very good luck with the modification of my kitchen unit. The only cost I incurred was about an hours worth of time and perhaps 30.00 in supply. I was even to do the mod with the air running. That is how easy it was.

Thanking you in advance

1. MAKE AND MODEL OF YOUR RIG. (i.e. Dutchmen, Infinity 3750FL)

2. PRODUCTION DATE. (i.e. Dec, 2012)

3. MODEL YEAR. (i.e. 2013)

4. NUMBER OF FACTORY INSTALLED UNITS. (i.e. 2)

5. DUCTED OR NON DUCTED AIR DISTRIBUTION BOX. (i.e. non-ducted)

6. ARE THERE "AIR PUCKS" IN THE CEILING. (i.e. yes)

7. DO THEY DISCHARGE "COLD AIR" OR DO THEY "SUCK IN WARM AIR" (i.e. suck in warm air")

8. NUMBER OF VISITS TO DEALER (i.e. 1)

9. RESULTS AFTER VISIT (i.e. poor, works the same. "That is the way they ae".)

10. DID YOU WIND UP FIXING THE PROBLEM YOURSELF AND WHAT DID YOU DO. (i.e. yes fixed my self. put in baffle and took out duct from roof top unit to air distribution box, retaped ceiling vents)

11. WAS YOUR REPAIR SUCCESSFUL. (i.e. yes, all vents are blowing cold air and the unit is cooling down.

Thank you for taking your time.

After the original AC issue post I double checked by AC (it worked during the walk through at the dealer) and found no issues. I used it when I worked on my water pump and in 15 minutes it cooled down the interior well. I do have the advent 13,500 unit.
