RV refrigerator "fan"

I have one of those little fans in the refrigerator. Were camping for new years and heard a faint knocking sound from the refrigerator and it took awhile to find the noise. Seems the fan was resting on the plastic shelf retainer and vibrating though that to the outside.

Not really it is one of those little ones to move the air around to help with the cooling.
