Furnace not working

I have a 2019 Atlas 5th wheel and tried the furnace for the first time this fall. Blower will not start at all. I checked for a blown fuse and all are fine. I even bought a new circuit board and still nothing. I bought this camper brand new so of course since I just recently tried the furnace, it is no longer under warranty. If I cannot figure it out, I will take it in for service in the spring. I was just wondering if anyone else had any thoughts.

I assume that there are no sounds when you turn the furnace "on".
Loose wires? Use your voltmeter, check for 12 volt at the control board.
Thermostat switch off? Check for 12 volts at the thermostat.
Propane at furnace "off"?
Fan is obstructed by wasp nest inside burner chamber?
Fuse blown that still looks like it is still good? Check fuse continuity or substitute a different one.

I wish you good luck and happy trails ahead!

The blower will not come on until the furnace actually starts. Do you know if it is trying to light? Watch for a yellow flame for a second or two then it goes out. That means critters have gotten into your flue or dirty mix chamber nozzle pipe (critters again). Not sure if you have dirt dobbers in Ohio but they love the smell of propane and are attracted to it and make nests in their cozy little crawl spaces. Spiders also love to make homes in the mix chamber, exhaust and the flue.

I use these to try to keep some of the critters out...

I was told by some people that the blower has to come on first to expel any gas buildup in the air. I dont know if that is true or not. I have checked the exhaust tube and it is clear. I have also watched alot of youtube videos, most look pretty complex and might involve pulling the whole unit. I keep thinking that since this is like new, it has to be something simple, but then again, who knows? The blower doesnt even try to start.

Do you have propane? Furnace requires it.

Furnace fan should come on for 30 seconds to blow out any accumulated gas before it sends the signal to light. This would be 12 volt. Thermostat set to furnace and temp range is low enough to come on? Do you have 12 volts at your battery? Are your battery or batteries turned on? If it has been in storage they could be dead or turned off.

I'm betting it's the sail switch, mine went out the first trip also. Tell CW to get after it. Did they run it during your walk thru?

Furnace not working

Look on YouTube for MyRVWorks. He has several videos on checking out why a furnace isn't working.

If the blower doesn't come on nothing will happen. Others have told you the blower comes on first, and they are correct. The first thing I would check is the thermostat. If you relaced the board you can eliminate just about everything in the furnace. Also you said you checked the fuse, make sure you have power at the furnace, wouldn't be the first time the factory missed a connection.

Blower should turn on first and blow for a bit, then the propane valve will open and ignitor will try lighting. If no blower comes on at all, then I would first check if it has 12V power. Do other 12V items in the camper work such as lights or exhaust fans?

I agree the blower should come on when the thermostat calls for heat. Check to see if the wires going to the motor are getting 12 volts. The sail switch must sail from the the blower air to allow the control board to open the gas valves and make a spark to light the the gas. The system will usually make three tries at lighting the gas before shutting down and locking out. If it locks out (blower stops running) you must shut off the 12 volts to the furnace as a whole. Depending on how its wired that could be as simple as turning off the thermostat or maybe a burner switch or a 12 volt fuse in the trailer. .
