I got the same problem with my Dometic AC unit. My one is a 2018.
Finding an HVAC guy, that has the license to do it, is impossible.
It is easier to do it by your self. Check YouTube for: " How to recharge a RV AC unit?"
I did it and since then it works better than a brand new one.

if the compressor is indeed running and not cooling, I would put a call into Dometic if it isnt that old. My wiring on top of my compressor burned up under the hood, but my compressor was not running, only the fan. the circuit board inside the trailer under the coweling, i could put my wiggy on and watch the relay come on to turn compressor on, I cannot get on my trailer,, wife says no after two knees and open heart, so i had to wait for someone... Good luck, ,never had luck recharging any unit for long ( used to work for an appliance store in the 70's, )
