2019 Aspen trail no heat
So I just bought a 2019 aspen trail 2750bhs. Has domestic touch control thermostat, suburban furnace. A/c works great. With fan setting on auto, hitting mode button to furnace set temp, and nothing happens. No fan comes on nothing. I’m guessing no power to furnace? Checked thermostat, touched red and orange wires together and still nothing. Checked connections up in a/c unit, since wires from thermostat go there first. What the hell??

gas on? In my experience, Sometimes I need to "bleed" the propane system before you turn on the furnace. I use the stove, turn on ONE burner for just a second.

Tried doing the gas purge procedure a few times. Like I say the blower doesn’t even come on.

It's 90f out, no need to worry about heat until November.

I think you are correct. That's why I asked about the bugs and stuff in the burner chamber.

45 degrees kids need heat
It was down to 45 degrees at night. Why would the burner never come on? I checked for debris/nests in inlet and outlets. I made an appointment with selling dealer for next Tuesday I will update on what they find under warranty.

The blower should ALWAYS come on first, that's a safety feature. Mine comes on for 10-15 seconds, then it lights, after the burner shuts off the blower continues to run for 1 minute.

My hvac skills are somewhat lacking, sorry.
I stopped using my furnace after the first year of owning the camper, it's obnoxiously loud and it eats propane at an alarming rate. A small space heater or two will heat your rig nicely if you camp with shore power or run a generator.
I realize this doesn't help you now, but something to think about in the future.

^^^This is how it should work. Thermostat calls for heat, furnace fan fires up, a few seconds later the burner lights, after temperature setpoint is reached the thermostat will stop calling for heat, the furnace will shut off gas to burner and it goes out but fan continues to blow for a bit to blow the rest of heat out of the system.
If there is no power getting to the furnace, have you checked the 12V fuse in the power center?

Trouble shooting 101 - Is there power to the furnace? (12 volt)
- Is there power to the Thermostat?
Check your fuse panel first. There is also a chance you may have a bad furnace control board or a loose connection.
What brand/model of furnace do you have?
Aaron

No blower check fuse on control board
There is a fuse on the furnace control board. Check that. The blower and heater run off 12 volts. AC is 110/120. You might want to check power to the furnace control board or if your batteries are turned off.
