Any idea how to dump the black tank in the rear garage?....

I've seen a big plastic tank on wheels that you pull around with a tow rope, being used at campgrounds. I suppose you can buy one at an RV store.

Is that what you meant with "dump the black tank in the rear garage"?

Do you have a separate hookup and dump valve in the back? Our Colorado has two black and two grey tanks. The front bath (toilet and shower) dumps up front and the rear bath/galley dump behind the wheels with separate valves and everything.
