Replacing Shower Valve

Seems our shower valve is really hard to adjust the water temp. So going to try another valve. The new one will have quarter turn handles and washer less valves. Did some searching around and will see if this works. Any ideas are appreciated.

I've used the same, even in this trailer...though not white. I hate the single lever, as there is no middle ground on adjusting or I would bump it and scald myself. Easy switch.

The valve worked perfectly, much easier to adjust temperature.
