Replacement of Black Holding Tank

I have a 1996 Dutchmen Classic 300. The black tank is leaking bad. How would I go about changing it out. I was also thinking about just taking it out and hooking it direct to septic tank. The trailer is Perm Off the gound on blocks. (Wont never go camping in it again, Already removed fresh water tank to put in new couch).

If you remove the tank it hooks to standard 3" plumbing. If you are replacing the tank you will also have to buy all the glue in fittings for it. Sometimes depending on the tank you can get rubber bushings. You said black tank, so there will be a 3" inlet and 3" outlet at one end. There will also be an 1 1/2" vent pipe.
