Propane Extension

My 2017 Rubicon is currently in storage until April, does anyone know the type of connection to use for the propane system to direct attach to a grill, my fitting is under the right side in front of the man door

Extension

I used this one. You may have to change the fitting rig the trailer. They do come in different lengths.

Thank you for the information, the Camco one appears to be what is already installed on the trailer, with the shutoff

I need to go from that connection to the threads from the 1 lb bottles so I can stop using the small bottles and just connect to trailer

Hose

Gotcha. Ace carries Mr Heater fittings and hoses. Ii went that way too. Actually both. I have a fitting and hose for the 20lb too the screw on and it worked great. Here’s a site to study them do Ace Hardware or just Amazon. https://www.mrheater.com/product/accessories.html

Lagman is correct that is the same way I got the supplies I needed to connect to the trailer gas line. I got a 10' gas line extension.

What I did that to my portable BBQ is I removed the regulator on the BBQ and adding a simple control valve with adapter.

Keep in mind that the quick connect line on the trailer is low pressure so you will need a low pressure BBQ.

Your grill will not work properly unless you remove the regulator on the grill. You have already stepped down the pressure coming out of the RV tanks to the trailer gas lines.
