No Water Pressure

Just opened our camper for the season! Wet and cold in the northeast.⛈ Upon de-winterizing, we have zero water pressure and extremely low flow (nearly a trickle) coming out of the bathroom sink. Every other water source is fine. Not sure where to start?!

Both hot and cold are barely a trickle. Same amount comes out of each, but does not increase when they are on together.

A while back I had rats get in to my trailer and they ate all the low points (After they ate my corn hole bags and got thirsty) in my water lines Meaning where the water line drooped down check the waterline going to that sink at its low points

Ok, just a wild guess here, but since you say it’s only that sink and both H & C have the same weak flow… have you tried unscrewing the aerator from the end of the faucet, and checking the screen to see if it’s clogged? Could be something that simple.

Ok well… since the issue is only with that sink, I’d discount any issue with the supply lines. Not only because your other fixtures work, but because I find it difficult to believe a simultaneous issue suddenly arose on BOTH, the hot & cold water supplies to that sink.

So to my way of thinking, the issue would somehow seem to be the faucet itself. Other than a clog somewhere in it, I don’t know what it could be.

Maybe someone with more plumbing experience may be able to help you more. Good luck and keep us advised if you find the solution.

WHen you removed the screen, did the aerator come out with it? Did you try to turn the water on with the aerator and screen off?

If all the other faucets are working correctly, and you do not see a water leak present anywhere, it would indicate the faucet itself has felled. Most have plastic a mixer in the faucet with single and dual controls. Remove the water lines at the faucet and perform a quick check before replacing. This may be the time for a upgrade in the faucet.

The moral of this story is the old adage…when you want something done right, do it yourself. My son-in-law is a super husband/dad, handy…eh. He checked the aerator. Turns out he only cleaned the screen. The plastic piece was full of calcium deposits. Too many supervisors in this crew! Thanks for the input
