How about the tank selector switch. At what position is it set. You should be able to select right, left or both. I sounds as though you may be set to left side only.

Or the tank selector switch is malfunctioning.

I'd be ordering a new dual stage regulator. Does the flag stay red regardless of the switch over setting?

Ok i have done a little more checking the regulator is going from red to green. The tank is full on the right side but will only stay lit for 15 seconds I did a few taps with a screw driver on the side of the regulator and now it will stay lit. So i will be replacing the dual stage regulator.
Thanks for everyone that looked at my tread and offering up your ideas it help point me in the right direction

I've had that problem/fix with a water heater in my camper. The thing is 17 years old. I just keep tapping it when necessary.
