New to a Pop up. Parts needed!

updated, pics will come soon

hey all,

My wife and I have acquired a 1994 Dutchmen 1201. ( pop up)

First part I am looking for a seal for the sink. A seal between the sink and the drain in the counter.

Also, the awning is missing the poles to make it work. We are looking for the poles or a whole awning.

And does anyone have upgrades or modifications they would recommend?

Thank in advance,

W-O-R-K... a four letter word that gets in the way of camping!

Let us know when you find out what model of camper you have. A lot of us have had popups in the past. All the awnings I have ever had with a popup the legs were attached inside the front rail of the awning. I am assuming you have what we called a "bag" awning. They are still available from CareFree the one they are selling now is actually a bit of an upgrade compared to the older ones. Not outrageously priced either, expect to pay ~$250 or so.

Not sure what the seal is you are looking for, got a picture? A lot of plumbing parts are generic.

Lots of upgrades... what do you have in mind? We can probably double the price of the camper in upgrades.

I found my Awning poles in the rear bumper. There is a removeable plate as an end cap. The poles slide in the bumper for easy storage. This was on a 93 dutchmen pop up.
