Help

Hello all!. I've been hooked up for over a month and all of a sudden water came pouring out of the freshwater tank fill hole. I am hooked up to city water sewer etcetera and changed nothing over this duration. Any idea what's going on?

Pump back flow preventer sprung a leak. It’s a one way valve that keeps the water out of the tank. Probably located in the pump.

Word to the wise-put a pressure regulator on the city water connection.

I agree. Get a regulator with a gauge on it.

Your water pumps check valve is stuck open allowing water to back fill your freah water tank. This happened to me a few years ago. I removed my water pump and exercised the valve. A couple screws on the Shurflo water pump.
