Dripping tap - 2009 Denali 5er, 31 RGBS-M5

The faucet is dripping (hot water). Took the handle off the hot water tap, tightened the white hard plastic fastener. Still dripping as we don't want to tighten too much. Is there a place we can replace a washer in the tap? Reaching underneath to get to the underside is impossible due to the double sink being in the way, and unable to reach up and behind it to get to the bottom sides of the mechanism securing the taps.

Also, thinking of replacing the entire faucet/tap set but again, same problem of trying to get at the mechanism underneath.

Anyone have this same situation with solutions? Remember, it may be a bit different if you don't have the exact Denali 5er.

Don't they have basin wrenches up there?

Sinks and faucets are pretty much the same across the board, RV, mobile home, sticks and bricks. Someone replaces faucets in all of these situations so it can be done with sink in place by using a basin wrench.
