Drip Drip Drip...

We own a 2008 Grand Junction that was just moved approx. 1000 miles for a relocation and went thru it's 1st winter that we are living in it until the new house is ready, and we have had a few issues with frozen water, frozen sewer lines, and a few leaks from the rooftop that were fixed. Now.... we have found a drip drip drip at the hard line sewer pipe at the connection to the trailer but it is not sewer water, I believe it's coming from above that line. The water line is in front of that area so I don't think it's the water line leaking. Any ideas where this water could be coming from? It seems to be coming from the front of the trailer between the propane tanks and the water connection box near the compartment storage area. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Welcome to the family.

Number one is your unit four season equipped? Insulation and heat to the tanks, etc.

It could be coming from half a dozen places, the only way to find the problem is to drop the belly pan.

If you are lucky you will find that the problem is condensation related. While the belly pan is down is the best time to ensure that you are dumping heat down there and add extra insulation if it's needed.

Unfortunately quality control does not seem to be high on the list when it comes to manufacturing RVs. You will find several posts regarding four season units that are freezing up.

Hope you find the problem and it's something like a condensation issue.
