Bypassing water heater for winter Kodiak UL 201QB

We have a new 2020 Kodiak Ultra Lite 201QB. I cannot figure out how to bypass the water heater. Opening the outside cover allows for draining via the anode rod hole. There are no valves to open/close in the access area and no access to the water heater from inside the TT or from under the trailer that I can find; underside is riveted shut. Does anyone know where the bypass valves are and how to access them? The owner's manual is useless as it is not model specific.

I have a Kodiak Cub. There is a valve in my Cub on the water heater in line. It is on the back side. Originally I had to remove a panel inside the front pass through to get at the valve. The panel was held in place by screws into the floor and walls.

The valve will be on the back side very close to the water inflow. I have seen systems with two valves as well. The second valve if you have one would be on the hot pipe out. It would be on the backside at the top.

I installed a hinged door so I didn't have to unscrew everything.

I wish you good luck and happy trails ahead!

I have a 2015 200QB
In the bathroom next to toilet bottom of cabinet -there is a panel with 4 screws,
one each corner of the panel. Remove panel and the water heater and bypass valves are there.
