2016 Voltage Newby Gray tanks and propane tanks

I have a 2016 Voltage 3605. With 2 questions.
Do I have 2 Gray tanks? I have one handle up front with the black tanks release handle. Does this handle open both tanks? If there is another handle where would it be located. My sink in the garage bathroom is full and does not seem to be wanting to drain. NO other drains are affected.
Second, the propane tanks. Do the tanks both open at the same time? or do I have to turn a switch to change from empty to full tank?
The owners manual does not do anything to assist in these matters. I bought the trailer used so I did not get the info first hand.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum Robert.

Yes you have 2 grey tanks, and they each have their own release handle. The one you're looking for is ahead of the wheels down under by the frame on the driver side. The other is in the wet cabinet along with the main black tank release handle. Both grey and front black tanks empty from the 3" pipe ahead of the wheels. The rear black tank release is to the rear of the wheels down under by the frame.

On mine I open both LP tank valves and when the red indicator pops on, (on the auto switch over), I turn the arrow towards the full tank, then you can close the empty tank valve and take it out to be refilled. When I replace the full tank I attach the line and open the valve, then when the tank you are pulling out of goes empty and the window turns red switch the arrow to the full tank and start the refill process all over again.

I have a '14 3605. You have two gray and two black. Kitchen and main bath is one gray empties with the gray handle in the front utility cabinet. The back bath and laundry is the second gray that empties with the handle under the slide to the right of large discharge pipe. Main bath toilet empties with the black handle in the utility cabinet. Back bath toilet empties with the black handle under the garage. Propane taints run one at a time but are piped together. There is a valve in the utility side propane cabinet to the left of the bottle shut-off. Close both bottles. With the valve rotated right slowly open the utility side tank. The little window in the valve will go from red to black. When the tank is almost empty, close it. Rotate the valve to the left and go around to the stair side tank and slowly open the valve. It now is being used. If you don't empty the tanks you don't have to keep purging empty supply lines. Just go to almost empty. I have Mopeka Tank Check sensors to keep track of propane levels in each tank. App is on my iPhone. That should help. Happy trails to you.
