2014 Dutchmen Denali 265RL dual GRAY tank purpose?

Hi! I notice I have 2 GRAY tanks in my RV:
2014 Dutchmen Denali 265RL and when I used my kitchen sink yesterday I noticed my shower tub got overflow so one of GRAY tanks got FULL. So indicators showed 1 GRAY - FULL, other one EMPTY! I was thinking they will automatically equalize them!

Any idea which one is used to what?

Thanks
Norm

I bet you only have one. Can you find original specs somewhere like an RV sales site? Odd are if gray is less than 40 gallons it is one tank.

My Aspen Trail has two greys....... rear kitchen and mid bath..... but... has two dump valves.
Can't see 'em physically linking them at the factory?...... if you have two dump valves.... you have two tanks.

I think you only have one grey. I doubt you would have two 21 gallon grey tanks.

Maybe I could clarify my response....
I have two "drain" connections( that you hook your hose to) on the trailer.
One towards the front and one at the rear. The front one has two valves.... the black tank and one of my grey tanks. As a matter of fact, the black tank valve handle is in fact black, while the grey tank is a smaller handle and is grey. At the rear of the trailer is another "drain connection" and that is the 2nd grey tank that covers the kitchen sink.... and the handle on that is also grey ( and smaller that the black tank valve/pipe)

If you overflowed your shower by using the kitchen sink, then the two dump into the same grey tank, and you only have one.
Here are the specs:

My Denali has two gray and one black. At the sewer connection to the left is the black water and the bathroom gray handles, to the right of the connection is the kitchen gray handle. Mines a 30 footer.

I don’t think they have the indicators for just one tank gray tank versus black tank my indicate it says I have two but I know I only have one and one look up the specs on your camper and see what it says

I have a Kodiak (by Dutchmen) and the control/monitor panel has indicator buttons for two grey and two black but my trailer only has one of each. I’ll bet they use the same control/monitor panels across a variety of their brands and models and don’t run wire to the 2nd indicator button for those models with just one tank. Just a guess.

And my “second” black and grey tank lights will show empty even though there isn’t a second tank.

I have a Kodiak with 2 gray tanks and they each have their own drain. I don't like it but it is what it is. My panel says 2 black tanks, also, but I only have one, economies of scale issue. The gray tank that lights full for you does not exist. If you have 2 tanks, they will have independent drains.
