voltage 3970 drain valve

I just bought a 2015 Voltage, 3970, and going around and learning all the bells and whistles, found one I can't solve. A 1 1/2 inch white drain about mid ship. I thought it was a real drain valve for the fresh water tank but nothing ran out while I filled the tank. Now I have no clue. Help friends.

Is it black or white
Black= Grey water
White= Fresh water

This is your fresh water drain, it will drain the majority of the water from the tanks. But there should be 3 more on bottom of camper with just caps 1 for cold water lines, 2 for hot water lines and 3 for hot water tank.

If you open the 1 1/2" line and let the water run it will take a while but it will start running out this line.
