v3200 TV Wall Plate Amplifier

Can not get any TV reception using "air" ... called Jensen and was told the wall amplifier for TV was the problem, then told the system was to old and no parts were available .. it's a 2011 TH ???

Has anyone had this problem ?

Jensen said I could use Winegard .. any information would be appreciated.

You're in luck. If your antenna is good (the expensive part) then all you need is the little amplifier that pumps up the signal on its way into the TT. You're also lucky that Jensen told you a Winegard would work. Here's one, cheap and easy!: http://www.amazon.com/Winegard-RA-72...gard+amplifier

Replacing the roof-top antenna, especially for a different brand with a different mount, would present far more challenges. Had that been the case, I might have suggested simply mounting a home-type antenna on a pole, and zip-tie it to the TT when camped. Thankfully, you can avoid this!

Another option...

If you just want to replace what's there, MartyG shows you a good part replacement. But if you really want a better amp, look for the Winegard SensarPro TV Signal Meter. You can get it from different places, but here's a link to it from CW, with a video explaining its features.

Winegard SensarPro TV Signal Meter - White - Winegard RFL-342 - Antenna Accessories - Camping World

I replaced my OEM amp with this one, and ove it. Helps me fine tune the antenna by finding the strongest signal for various channels, and I don't have to be standing right next to it while turning the antenna.
