Slide issues

The kitchen slide on my 2016 291resl will not slide in all the way without the motor having to stop. It looks like the top of the slide starts to come in before the bottom. I also just discovered that one of the parts where the chain meets the cable is eating into the wall. See attached picture. That does not seem normal.

Grab that cable block and twist it so it is straight up and down. Do the same with the other 3 also. They are probably catching on each other. See attached service manual. accuslide_service-manual.pdf

I had the same issue. Tried putting a board between the two knuckles but did not always work. Just needed to be tightened so took it to an RV dealer who did the work. Now slides great.
