Yes on the trailer box pictures which was my last Toy Hauler My Gross trailer weight when towing loaded was around 11500 to 12000 lbs. My TW with a 1400 lb WDH was 1350 lbs.

My current Toy Hauler loaded gross towing weight is around 9500 lbs and my TW with a 15000 lb WDH is 1450 lbs. I put another four battery box on this trailer as well.


My current Toy Hauler even though the gross weight is less the TW was heavier than the previous Toy Hauler to begin with. On the way home from the dealer after picking up the trailer when it was new I dropped by the scales and the TW was 1750 lbs with a full fresh water tank but trailer completely empty. Some Toy Hauler just come with really heavy TW. I was able to offset some of the weight by adding cargo of course but I only carry one bike. The rest I added a 15000 lb WDH. I had previously upgraded the hitch on the truck to 17000 lbs...

Both these Toy Haulers were designed to carry extra weight with generator platforms on the tongue.

I bought a "tongue" scale. Would be surprised what tongue weight is.

If it was me, I'd sell the trailer you have and get a toy hauler where the generator is built-in and bikes go in the garage. Problem solved.

Maybe at some point, but that’s not really in the cards right now.
