Best Converts still open?

Hi,
I was looking at the upgrade kit on the Best Converters website for my old Magnatek 6300. I sent them a question about a week ago and then tried to call them today. I haven't heard back on my email question and the call went to voicemail, but it said it was full and I couldn't leave a message.

I am wanting to order the upgrade kit in the next couple weeks, but I am a little hesitant because I am worried that maybe they are out of business. Can anyone confirm if they are still open?

Thanks

Isn't a new converter in the same price range as the upgrade kit?

Not sure the price of a different new one. This is basically a new one that is specifically designed to replace the old Magnatek one. Since it is engineered to replace it specifically it is very easy to install. This is a link to it.

Yep, I looked earlier at the upgrade. I suppose it depends on the condition of the fuse panel on whether to upgrade or replace.

No answer is surprising. Every time I have emailed them I have had a response in a couple of hours if not less. Let me see if I can find out anything via a couple of back channels. They have been my go-to for quite a few years. I would hate to have anything happen to them.

Thanks. I am wanting to order in the next week or two. I am gonna be living in the trailer for a few months while I sell a house and buy another one. Some campgrounds and some boon-docking. I want to make sure I can plug in, get good charging on the house batteries and not worry that I am gonna boils them.

Anything? I went ahead and ordered on 5/10. Got a confirmation email, but no tracking information. I emailed them asking about it, but no response.
