Voltage V3305 Electrical issues

I want to start off by saying thanks for the add. I purchased new my Voltage V3305 less than 1 month ago. I used the generator while at the American Royal BBQ and it shut off a few times and the code that it threw was high frequency. I called my dealer and they were going to take a look at it.

Since then my electric fireplace has quit working, microwave has quit, all 12 volt items (fridge, water heater, lights, etc. My Dish Network box buzzes loudly and my alarm clock even quit working. My AC and furnace on the thermostat doesn't work, Is that because the thermostat is hooked to 12v???

I have been plugged into 50 amp service for 3 weeks and since my electrical phenomenon I checked all the buss fuses and breakers and all are good and my outlets are reading 119v. I checked my voltage coming into the trailer and at the main and it is steady at 238 volts. However my 12v side is down to .08v. I'm not an electrician so that's were I give up.

I'm assuming the converter is bad and not charging the battery to supply 12 volt items. I'm guessing the microwave and fireplace are zapped. I'm doing a bunch of guessing so can somebody please HELP!!!

The service guy is coming this afternoon to look at it and want to sound educated while telling him what is wrong.

Tell your service guy exactly what you've told us. He should be able to determine if the converter is working. Electronics in these things are computer chip driven so any bad spikes or "dirty" charges can have an effect. If that is the problem you might consider a power management system in the future. It will catch any problems and shut down the system before any damage occurs. The microwave and fireplace are 120v AC so there might be a problem there. The rest of it might be restored by getting the batteries to charge. Good luck.

Finally getting a new convertor today. My central vac, microwave, and fireplace are toast. Godly getting those ordered soon.
