TV Hook-Up

I have a 2013 Kodiak 24RESL and can't figure out how to watch TV using the antennae? I have the owners manual but that doesn't say much. I've lifted the antennae all the way up and still nothing. Any help is appreciated?

push the button near the tv outlet, when the light comes on, put your tv in search mode for over-the-air channels. happy watching!

You might have to raise your antenna also. If you have a hand crank in the ceiling then you have to raise it up. If you have this style antenna you can also rotate it for best picture. This style antenna is pretty obsolete since digital TV has come along.

Welcome to the forum, yes you will get a better picture - the button your pushing is the booster and needs to be on when in over the air systems are used, it enhances the signal to give you a good picture - Raising the antenna and rotating it toward the broadcast tower is also a good idea. You can find the locations of broadcast antenna's on the Web. The antenna on your TT is a reasonable one and IMHO changing it is not worth the effort
