This would be a cool trip to take!

which route would you pick, the 70 degree route or the 80 degree route? Bet fuel cost would be tremendous...

Have had more than my share of heat. Thank you for sharing. The 70 degree route works for me. Sounds like a plan

Hi Charley
My wife & I started in Mesa on March 1st 2017, zig/zagged across the USA entering New Brunswick Canada, last week of June 2017, then visited the Atlantic Provinces, ending up in British Columbia by the end of September 2017...about 27,000 miles, it was our "bucket list" trip !

Silverton is beautiful. But if you haven’t done so yet, you absolutely must take the coast route down Hwy 101 next time, from Astoria to Brookings Oregon. Hands down, some of the most gorgeous scenery on the continent!

Fulltilt,
I do, I do remember that song! Never knew the title though, very cool
Be Great backround music for a video on driving the coast. I can visualize the crashing surf and sandy beaches on a beautiful sunny day. Thanks for sharing

Say Frank, if that Mini Cooper is a convertible for the drive I’m all in
