Squeaky floor in new trailer

Hello all. We took delivery of our new 287re this week and are out on our first shakedown trip. So far we love everything about this trailer except the fact that we have a squeaky floor in front of the refrigerator. Is this something that would be covered under warranty or will they just tell us to suck it up?

I am a remodeling contractor, so I am sure I could fix it myself. I realize as an rv owner that there is a fair amount of work to keep them functioning in an ideal manner, but the whole reason I bought a new trailer was to limit my need to work on it for these types of issues.

Any insight or experience in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Shawn

Hi Sknoch !! & welcome to the forum. I had the same problem with a squeaky floor & it was covered under warranty. They had to remove the Belly covering & go in that way. Hope you get it sorted & keep us posted..

Coin, thanks for the response. This is what I was hoping to hear. I have sent an email to our sales person with this and a handful of other issues that need to be resolved. I guess we'll see what they have to say.

Sknoch - did you ever resolve the issue with the flooring? I have a similar issue with my 2014 CTS 244BH

Dutchmen took car of it under warranty. All in all we had a rather lengthy list of issues and they stood behind everything. we are quite pleased.
