I have a 2016 Voltage 3950 and noticed that I have a soft spot in the floor on both sides right above the rear tires, checked the membrane underneath and all is in tack. Not sure since we have no leaks and the soft spots seem to be of similar size on both sides. Anyone ever heard of this???
Pull the rubber covering back and you will no doubt find rotted chip board below it.
There is a leak somewhere as I just replaced a bunch of rotted flooring not too long ago.

Last year I had a rat find its way in to our voltage it ate my cornhole bags then got thirsty and ate threw my water lines. The campground we kept it at put on site I was ready for a weekend of atv riding hooked up water turned it on water was coming out of everywhere maintence guy came over asked if I had c bags inside he helped me replace water lines and fog trailer some of the lines I had to cut underneath membrane to get it’s not a big deal just don’t cut to deep while in there my sink water lines were not even close to tight . hope this helps all our best FLA
No water leaks found, exact same spot on both sides of garage area.....everything underneath is intact. Checked entire roof and no cracks or signs of leaks anywhere, this is very strange!

Did you pull up the rubber garage flooring?
Water leaks are not always seen as water seeks its own level whether it be visible or not.
