Unhappy Soft Spots in Garage Floor

I have a 2016 Voltage 3950 and noticed that I have a soft spot in the floor on both sides right above the rear tires, checked the membrane underneath and all is in tack. Not sure since we have no leaks and the soft spots seem to be of similar size on both sides. Anyone ever heard of this???

Pull the rubber covering back and you will no doubt find rotted chip board below it.
There is a leak somewhere as I just replaced a bunch of rotted flooring not too long ago.

No water leaks found, exact same spot on both sides of garage area.....everything underneath is intact. Checked entire roof and no cracks or signs of leaks anywhere, this is very strange!

Did you pull up the rubber garage flooring?

Water leaks are not always seen as water seeks its own level whether it be visible or not.
