Slide out seal issue

I finally got the winter cover off and was waiting on a good rain to check everything. The only issue I found is on the front of the slide out room. I got down in the floor with a flashlight and saw some water running under the bottom trim piece. It wasn't bad but noticeable.

The slide room is firm against the wall and the inner seal was tight. Outside, I noticed there is a section about 7 inches long where the slide seal is bowed out near the bottom and not making as good of contact with the side of the slide. I pulled it out to peak inside and noticed the same about the seal just inside that one. I could see a gap between it and the slide room. I am assuming this is the guilty party.

What to do? The rubber doesn't seem to want to lay flat. Thanks again experts.
