Slide-out jumps when extending

I have a 2017 Kodiak Ultimate 291 RESL. As the slide-outs extend outward, they will jerk and jump. I’ve been lubricating the rubber gaskets around the exterior, as well as the wiring, but is there somewhere else I should be lubricating? There is a chain drive that runs behind the overhead kitchen cabinets. Should that be lubed? Trying to find a solution. Thanks.

Your room is dragging on the bottom and the "chains" are out of adjustment. the motors may also be loose causing the room to settle. Lubrication will NOT help-speaking from experience. Do you have cables on the outside bottom and top of the slide?

Yes, upper and lower cables are on both sides of the slide-outs.

yep, watch the video, it will tell you sort of what to look for. make sure the room does not drag on the floor of the coach. IF IT DOES, the cables have come loose or the motor is loose. In order to see it, you may need to remove the center of the trim in front of the motor.
