Repair your auto jacks
Hello all I have an aerolite Dutchmen 242 the best Rv ever with a jumping jacks bed and third door When put into auto leveling I hear this loud pop bang and found out this the front foot on my Lippid system broke and went out of stroke so I took it to my Rv guys in columbus Ohio Greenlawn RV and they found the only way to repair the unit is to replace the foot to a toone of about 1000$ ouch it’s a simple fix compared to buying a new foot. The internal motor has a cotter pin the pin get stressed and breaks and then goes into the gear which it then breaks my friend at Greenlawn RV then machined a new collar to the motor and saved me about 1500$ Instead of replacing good motor good motors Lippid doesn’t make apartment replacement pair for this so if you need this or it happens to you look them up at there websit GreenlawnRV.com and they can send you the repair parts to your machanic
